No holiday package would be complete without peace of mind. When you book your holiday package with us you're financially protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. The ATOL system protects you from losing money or being stranded abroad, and is backed by the UK government. A certificate will be supplied to you once you've made the booking, and will include all the details of your trip (including any flights or holiday extras). Leaving you to rest easy and think about far more important things like all the amazing places you want to visit.

Be sure to bring back a bottle so you can continue to enjoy its flavours long after you fly home! Forget cheesy fridge magnets and keyrings, the souvenir shops are stocked to the brim with olive oil in all shapes and sizes, so it's incredibly easy to bag a bottle.
Peppered with countless restaurants serving fresh and locally sourced food, Istrian cuisine is often considered the best of the bunch when it comes to Croatian delicacies. Coastal dishes include freshly grilled seafood, soups and stews. There's even fish festivals hosted at different times of the year where you can eat fresh fish, clams, squid and other specialities at extremely low prices. The scallops are particularly delicious!

The agricultural area lends itself perfectly to growing the freshest fruits and vegetables, which make for flavourful creations and delightful dishes. From delicious red meats like lamb, veal and rabbit, to seafood like mussels, prawns and clams – you're sure to want to make your way through every meal on the menu.
Make sure not to miss Il Rustico. Considered one of the best foods of Puglia, it's almost impossible to find anywhere else. Part pastry, part pizza (what's not to love!?), this savoury sensation is sealed and cooked in a similar way to a calzone. They come stuffed with a variety of different things, like mozzarella and fresh tomatoes. Pastry lovers are well catered for here, and you can indulge your sweet tooth too, with a speciality pastry from Lecce. The creation is called Pasticciotto, and has a flaky pastry crust with a creamy custard filling. Praised as one of the best foods by locals, it's eaten as part of a typical breakfast. Sometimes they're made even sweeter with fruits and cherries – the perfect start to the day (of course there's nothing stopping you from eating them after breakfast too!)
