Make paying for your holiday easier with our automated payment plan. Spread the cost of your holiday so you're in control. You can set up regular payments to be taken automatically on the date that suits you, for the amount that suits you. What's more, with our flexible payment plan you can also make one off payments too.
How to: Set up an Automated Payment Plan
To set up an automated Payment Plan, log into your account on our website and go to the 'My Holiday' section. Select your booking and find the payment summary. Here you will see an outstanding balance and beneath this an option to create a payment plan.
A new window will appear, with details on how to set up a payment plan. Please note, this option will only be available if you have used a credit or debit card to make a payment on your booking.
Two options will appear, one to pay off the remaining balance, and one to pay in monthly instalments. After selecting monthly payment options, you will then be asked to enter the amount you would like to pay per month and the date in which that payment will be debited from your account each month.
A handy pop up box will confirm the details of your payment plan, including:
- the duration (in months) of the payment plan
- the date in which the payment will be taken each month
- the final payment amount (if applicable) to settle the holiday balance
- the date the final payment is due
- the total amount that is due
- payment option details
To keep an eye on your holiday invoice, log into your account and go to the 'My Holiday' section. Here you can view all the payments that have been made on your booking so far.
You can access and cancel all current Payment Plans in the 'My Holiday' section of the website.
