Cuxach (pronounced Coo-satch) de n'Alba is a traditional style villa located in the area it is named after, Cuxach, which is in the middle of the triangle formed by Pollensa, Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa. It's just a short drive to the beaches and amenities of the latter two, whilst the shops and numerous good restaurants of the Old Town are a short drive (or longish walk) away. There are also a couple of supermarkets and local eateries within walking distance, but a car is recommended to enjoy the full holiday experience. The house has been recently redecorated and all accommodation is on the ground floor, including a spacious lounge/diner, fitted kitchen and three air-conditioned bedrooms. The swimming pool is to the rear of the house in mature gardens and overlooked by a very welcoming shaded, dining terrace, ideal for relaxing with a glass of something cold. Access to the pool is via a small gate on the terrace.
