Villas in San Carlos

A beautiful area dotted with charming farmhouses and edged by bays of crystal clear waters, the village of San Carlos is popular with locals and visitors alike. For years it has attracted writers, artists and musicians, who have helped to develop the wonderful, cosmopolitan atmosphere. At the centre of San Carlos is a former concert hall and bar, Las Dalias. Bob Marley and Mick Jagger both played at the venue, which is now home to the best hippy market in the area – smaller, yet more atmospheric than the famous one at nearby Es Canar.
