Best Price Guarantee

At James Villas we pride ourselves on handpicking the best villas for you and your travelling party to enjoy. You always get the best with James including an in resort Villa Manager and exceptional service before, during and after your stay. We’re so confident we have the best selection of villas and the best priced holidays on the market we offer a ‘Best Price Guarantee’.

If you find the same or similar villa holiday cheaper that you have booked with James Villas from another licenced tour operator we will look to match it, subject to the below terms and conditions.

  1. The booking you are comparing must be for a flight inclusive package holiday, with all elements being booked as a package and at the same time at an inclusive price.
  2. The Best Price Guarantee is only applicable to holidays that have already been booked with James Villas.
  3. The comparable villa must be the same size, and have the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms, have a private pool the same facilities, amenities and be situated in the same resort. The villa cannot be more than 1 kilometres from the comparable James Villa property. James Villas’ will exercise its sole discretion in deciding whether a villa is similar and therefore subject to the Best Price Guarantee and its decision in this regard is final.
  4. The Best Price Guarantee is only available for exact itinerary matches, including, but not limited to, the same flight, flight number, flight times, package or flight inclusions, applicable refund and cancellation policy and dates of villa stay.
  5. The Best Price Guarantee applies to the full cost of booked travel, including all taxes, fees, card handling charges etc. You must meet all requirements imposed on the lower price (if any), including, without limitation, residency, regional and age-related requirements to claim under the Best Price Guarantee.
  6. The Best Price Guarantee only applies to prices both advertised and available to the general public on a website directed at consumers in the United Kingdom from an ATOL licenced UK based tour operator. The Best Price Guarantee does not therefore apply to rates offered on membership programme websites, discount websites, corporate discounts or rates, group, charter, rewards programme, incentive, meeting, convention or consolidator prices; prices obtained via auction or using a coupon or discount code or other promotion not offered to the general public. The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate , or from an email that you received.
  7. The price must be quoted and bookable in the same currency as quoted on www.jamesvillas.co.uk (without reference to currency converters).
  8. The Best Price Guarantee is not available for holidays booked in store or over the telephone or via any other means other than via an online booking.
  9. To take advantage of this offer you will need to book the relevant holiday with James Villas and submit the request to priceguarantee@jamesvillas.co.uk within 24 hours of making your booking with James Villas, including independently verifiable evidence of your claim (e.g. screenshots). The lead name on the relevant booking must be the person making the claim.
  10. We will review the details of your submission and reply via email within 7 working days to confirm whether or not your claim has been successful.
  11. If the booking is applicable we will take the difference from the balance payment, or in the case of a last minute booking we will credit the refund to the card which was made to use the booking within 14 days.
  12. All requests for the Best Price Guarantee are subject to verification by James Villas. We will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that we cannot independently confirm. If the relevant URL is no longer available or the price is no longer available then we will not be able to offer the Best Price Guarantee. We will not verify or accept any request that we believe, at our sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error, or is made fraudulently or in bad faith.
  13. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or restrict its availability to any person at any time for any or no reason and without prior notice or liability.
  14. Only one submission per booking will be considered.
