Here at James Villas, we like to remember that we were once a person. We still hold the family-run business values of James Villas founder, Jim Needham, who started with a big idea and spare bedroom-office. Jim started James Villas in 1984, turning the hobby of renting out his Lanzarote property into a business.
From a single villa, James has gone from strength to strength, now offering guests over 3000 villas in more than 60 fabulous destinations across the Mediterranean, Caribbean and America. Although, the first ever James Villas employee is still here today!
