• Villa price reductions are based on comparing the original recommended retail prices of properties on sale between 1 February 2012 and 29 February 2012 inclusive, for departures between 01 May 2012 and 31 December 2012 inclusive vs. the corresponding booking and departure periods last year.
• Comparisons are based on the equivalent departure dates year-on-year, eg. Monday 7 May 2012 vs. Monday 9 May 2011.
• In total, we have reduced over 10,000 villa prices by at least €10, comparing those properties on sale for both 2012 and 2011.
