Terms and Conditions

• Holiday must be booked between 1st July 2010 and 31st October 2010 inclusive
• Holiday must depart between 1st January 2011 and 31 December 2011 inclusive
• Accommodation and flights must be purchased with James Villa Holidays for all travelling passengers
• Minimum of 2 passengers per booking
• Offer applies to new bookings only
• Offer can be used in conjunction with any other offer
• Standard JVH booking conditions apply

• Free Car Hire
  • One free car per villa booked (up to a maximum of 2 free cars)
  • Applies to entry level car hire only
  • Upgrades available for an additional charge
  • Free car hire is only valid for the same length of accommodation booked:
    • 7 nights accommodation entitles you to 7 days free car hire, even if your flight dates are for a longer duration
  • Free car hire includes unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver and all local taxes.
  • Optional extras such as child seats, additional drivers and insurance excess waiver are available and payable locally.

  • Free for all of travelling passengers booking flights with James Villa Holidays
  • Subject to policy conditions

1000s of reduced villa prices for 2011!

• Villa price reductions are based on comparing the original recommended retail prices of properties on sale between 1st of July 2010 and the 31st of October 2010 inclusive, for departures between the 1st of January 2011 and the 31st of December 2011 inclusive vs. the corresponding booking and departure periods last year.
• Comparisons are based on the equivalent departure dates year-on-year, eg. Monday the 2nd of May 2011 vs. Monday 3rd May 2010.
• In total, we have reduced over 7,000 villa prices by at least 10€, comparing those properties on sale for both 2011 and 2010.
