"This was the third James villa we have stayed in on Menorca and although the other two were very good indeed, this one was even better. The space available, both inside and outdoors, was excellent and the supply of utensils, crockery and glassware seemed inexhaustable !"

"This Villa was as stunning as the picture portrays. They area was perfectly tranquil for the ultimate relaxing atmosphere and yet just a short distance from some local hospitality with a twist (local restuarant run by a Scotsman serving a variety of continental dishes). The pool and balcony offered excellent flexible living and eating spaces. The view from the roof top was breathtaking!"

"A very nice villa with a lovely terrace from which we had a wonderful view of the sea. Very quiet and restful but within easy walking distance to convenience store and restaurants. If going after first week of October be aware that restaurants and shop starts to close down. Otherwise a very lovely villa in a lovely setting with fantastic view of sea. Very relaxing and enjoyable holiday."

"We have been self catering many times when our children were younger - this was the firstself catering in some years and with our young grandson- this was an exceptionally clean and well appointed villa and we felt every space had been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. The rep was extremely helpful especially when we needed a doctor and mautenance for the dishwasher- the maid and pool maitenence were excellent."

"There was no umbrella stand for the sun umbrellas for shade and the sun beds were flat with no ability to allow you to adjust the back which was not good for sitting and reading by pool. The villa was very hot and would benefit from having air con in the bedroom."

"Whilst we did have a couple of minor irritating issues when we arrived at Villa India, they were dealt with very professionally and courteously by the James Villa reps we phoned. The issues were resolved swiftly and efficiently to our satisfaction by the Management Company employed by James to carry out maintenance etc."

"Thank you so much. We've just returned from a lovely holiday in Menorca. The whole 'james villa' experience was wonderful! From prompt replies to our emails and a smooth start to the holiday to a warm and friendly greeting from the car hire company and arrival at a beautiful villa, it was all superb. Everything flowed so smoothly. The villa is set in a beautiful private cul-de-sac and was clean, cool and had everything we needed. Thank you all. We will definitely recommend your company, the villa and menorca. Simply wonderful."

"We had a lovely time -the only slight critisism is that we felt that the 2 bathrooms could be updated. the bath/shower tap in the master bathroom was very difficult to change from shower to bath, also the shower heads themselves were looking a little tired. Rest of the villa was lovely."

"pool tiles and edge of pool need re doing.edge of pool slabs were loose. patio slabs risen and easily tripped over. umberella at side of pool broken. shower in ensuite bathroom did not work so well. toilets had brown stains in. these are little things and would not stop us from staying here next year as it was a great base and overall a nice villa."
