"Very impressive pictures did not do it justice could do with more English satellite channels and Internet access though"

"a very nice villa with the best views and outdoor space, however it would be nice to have the pool lights on at night and some garden lighting to show this great villa in a new light at night whilst enjoying the outdoor sapce and bbq area. we went in october and it was just turning a little cold at night so would be good if we had the choise of heating on or not and not on a timer controlled by villa owner. also a few more english tv channels as i take it english is the main client to hire this villa ,with children they would find it a little quite and maybe hard to keep busy. also a wifi point would be a excelent advantage and give the ability for people to mail and post on line. these are all constuctive things to maybe improve a aready fantastic villa for which we are already looking forward to returning to next year.. PS Is it for sale"

"From the outset of booking the holiday the service from the rep was very good. I booked exactly what we wanted with very good flight times and it was all done within about 10 minutes. I was also kept well informed of any information needed. The villa was very much up to our expectations and our Representative, was very helpful when we thought we and lost our keys to the villa. She came out at 6am to let us in although we found the keys in the end. The whole experience with James Villas was a very pleasurable one and I have told many friends about it."

"We had an absolutely fantastic holiday, in a beautiful villa which the photo's on the website do not do justice to. It was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed. The price we paid was unbelievably low compared to peak season for the this property. The swimming pool was freezing cold though! Booking process was simple and flight information and ticketing was straightforward and speedy. Staff at James Villa were friendly and knowledgeable. Will certainly use James Villa Holidays again and recommended to others."

"Overall everything was excellent. our Representative, was especially helpful when we needed more towels and when we felt the quality of the bed linen was poor, even sorting out 2 orphaned kittens! She didn't though have sufficient local knowledge - she didn't know local restaurants or even where the nearest butcher was. Our only other comment is that the villa is better than you describe it and the photos don't do it justice!"

"We were very impressed with the attention to detail which helped make our holiday completely worry free. Our rep, was charming and very efficient when it came to replacing a broken toaster. Contacting each other by text was a good idea as it meant that she was on hand but it wasn't intrusive. It would have been convenient if the welcome pack had contained some washing-up liquid and a dishcloth as there was nothing in the villa to clean the plates and pans. The next day we had to go to the supermarket to buy these type of things. However we will defintely use James villas again as we had such a enjoyable holiday. Thank-you"

"The Villa was excellent, furnishings and cleanliness. Due to the time of year it would of been useful to be able to have pool heating - my understanding was that it would be available later in the year at the Villa we chose. During our stay it was just a bit too cold for us to use that much. The directions to the Villa were accurate and fairly easy to follow however, the "road" was quite a challange, especially at night. We happened to find a much easier route on tarmac roads into the town and used this after the first couple of days - not sure why the route wasn't used as part of the guide. One other thing that we thought about was the option of including a "visitors" book in the Villa - it could be used by successive users to recommend places to visit, tips (like an alternative route to the villa) and any comments that other holiday makers might find useful. Also, perhaps a good map of the local area might be useful. We only came across the guide to the villa after 3 days (it was under some magazines left by the previous users) - thankfully we didn't need to refer to it before then but it did include something about the villa safe which we were unaware of until we found the guide. The maid was excellent, came twice during the week and cleaned the bathrooms, floors and brought a change of towels. Overall we had a good time (despite a bit of rain)"

"I have used James Villas twice now. Once in Southern Spain, Frigiliana and again this year in S'Horta Mallorca. Both experiences have been absolutley excellent. The villas are very well appointed and both of the ones I have used have had a wonderful location. Definately will use James Villas again and already recommended to our friends."
