Our properties are set back from the coastal road in the countryside hills of Perigali, which overlook Nidri and the neighbouring islands.

Sivota is well known for its yachting community, with many choosing to moor up for the night and enjoy the fabulous selection of waterfront tavernas and cafes, before sailing off the following day. One of the prettiest resorts on the island, Agios Nikitas is a beautiful area of steep hills and valleys covered in pine and olive trees, which lead down to wonderful beaches and crystal clear seas. Agios Nikitas is the only village at sea level on the rugged west coast and has just one main street lined with traditional old tavernas, bars and shops. Neighbouring Milos beach is a scramble over the headland or a sea taxi ride away, while nearby Kathizma offers two kilometres of pure golden sands. Situated 12 kilometres from Lefkas Town, our villas are perched on the surrounding hills just outside the village, offering fantastic views over the mountains and the sea.
