"We have stayed at this villa five times. That should say it all. We love the location and the owners are now on our christmas list. They could not be more welcoming and friendly, if there are any problems they are put right immediately."

"The best thing about this villa is the location, although you have to go up quite a long narrow and winding lane and then negotiate a steep dusty track the views from the villa down to Es Cana and the sea and beautiful especially at night when all the lights are on down in the resort, also the peace and tranquility of the villa beats the two others we have stayed in"

"The only 'downside' to the villa is the approach road. It is very rutted. The rest of our comments about this villa are very positive indeed. We loved the peacocks roaming in the nearby finca! The view over Es Canar bay was super and the pool was one of the best we have used in all our holidays with you."

"we were very impressed, with the villa and the owners. We had a problem with the hot water at one point and the owner resolved this within a matter of hours. We did have a little problem with ants invading any food left uncovered but that's to be expected in rural areas."

"We travel to Ibiza with James Villas every year and this is the third year we have stayed at bellavista. What we like about it is the spectacular location and the fact that the owners are very unobtrusive yet still manage to keep the villa and grounds beautifully clean. This enables us to truly relax and for us Bellavista is a home from home."

"This was our second break with James villas on Ibiza this season. Bella Vista was in an idyllic secluded location with magnificent views to the sea and eastern coast of Ibiza with the coastline of formentara visible in the distance. A healthy walking distance to sant Carlos and easy access to the hippy north of the island and its beautiful beaches. Atzaro restaurant a drive away was out of this world. We were pleased with the approach to security with a clear day and time of cleaners visit taped to the inside of the front door to avoid impostors and opportunist thieves posing as cleaners. The owners who came to clean were polite, charming and courteous and after discussing some previous security issue on the island they even plan to put photos of themselves or the cleaners with the cleaning date and time. The villa was clean, if a little dated ,but after staying in can pep den serra in sant augustin from the best of james villas we have been spoilt. We have even booked can pep den serra villa again for next June and called to see the charming owner while on the island??? Your Representative has looked after us with James Villas previously and as on maternity leave as we understand it we were left to the other delightful Representative who visited us, checked on our needs and any concerns and are a credit to your organisation. We love Ibiza and love James villas. See you in 2009 God willing and again in the future. Kind Regards William and Melanie Taylor"
