"The villa was clean and spacious a car was needed to get to the beach and for shopping. But there was restaurants and bars within walking distance"

"excellent villa, very clean and the quality of kitchenware crockery saucepans etc as good as used at home. Even had a hairdryer available. A little concern about the depth of water in swimming pool - beacuase of the size of the villa it was probably for family use but there was not a shallow end to the pool it was up to a adults chest. However it was a great size. I would highly recommend the villa to others."

"Fabulous villa. Extremely spacious. Very well equipped kitchen with plenty of utencils/crockery for our party of 9. Shame the pool isn't heated but very refreshing! We loved it."

"please please update and correct the directions to villa Natal! After sao Domingoes and Boca Doce the directions are totally wrong! After over an hour of trying to find the villa from your directions i had to call our secondary rep( after failing to get hold of our primary ref) our Representative who was fantastic and met us and drove herself to show us to the villa...so many thanx to her or i think we would still be searching now!"

"Myself, my wife my teenage daughter (16) and nine year old son were delighted with our relaxing holiday. We were met at the villa by your staff working away, who told us to leave our bags at the spot where we were standing and let us have a look around before leaving to go shopping etc. before coming back to a spotless villa and pool this was repeated throughout the week much to my delight and both Debbie and I have spent the last week praising James villas and all associated with same. I have so far reccomended you to everyone I could get to listen and we are looking online tonight to see which of the villas we looked at in your brochure are available, something we are all looking forward to."

"This was out first experience with James Villa holidays and we were a party of 8 members of the same family. We were absoluely blown away by the service and quality provided by James Villas. The accommodation was fantastic, the information provided was comprehensive and it made for an extremely relaxing and hassle free holiday.The location was excellentt and everything we needed was within 5 mins drive - perfect! "Very enjoyable,relaxing week. Excellent service all round.Beautiful villa - shame about the location next to a builders yard ! But once inside the gated property we became unaware of its location. My husband is disabled but found the service at Gatwick and Faro airports for the diabled passengers to be excellent."

"there were more positives than negatives experiences from our holiday, villa exceeded expectations.
Only concerns were one driver on transfer to villa drove far too fast, on the way to airport we asked him not to go fast and he did go slower. Also we had to wait for half hour over outside villa due to mix up over keys, transfer company and our instructions did not know where the key was and key code thing not working, key was under mat but no one realised, the james villa rep did say 2 days later it should of been under the mat, but by now the owner had given us a key. On leaving we discovered there had been a key under the mat all week unknown to us, and several times we had left the villa unsecure unknowingly. Just a matter of poor communication.
This villa was particularly good for children with stair gates, steriliser, bottle warmer, a pool that you could shut the door to, its a shame not to have that information when planning."

"My husband was taken ill whilst on holiday and was in hospital for the last five days of our stay at the Villa. Our family returned at the end of the holiday but I stayed with my husband. our Representative was excellent, very very helpful and caring. She kept in regular contact with me for the time we were in Portugal. Her colleague was also excellent when our Representative had her day off. We could not have done with them, they were excellent. You should be very proud of them as they are an excellent example to James villas."

"We really thought that the quality of the villa was wonderful. Very well done from the instructions to get there to welcome pack to the rest of the villa itself. I actually wouldnt have chosen that villa had I realised quite how deep the pool is. That could have said on website that it was not suitable for young children but we got round that. The owner of the villa also visited so much several times a day and in particular sweeping up outside when we were having breakfast on our last day was a little irritating. But it was great holiday made that way due largely to the lovely villa. Thank you."
