"This is a beautiful villa, much better than we were expecting given the details on the website which made no mention of the table tennis, children's sand pit and other equipment provided. It was quiet but within easy driving distance of good restaurants. The villa and grounds were immaculate and the owner was absolutely charming and could not have been more helpful. Pool maintenance was excellent and very discrete. Outside seating areas are comfortable and well equipped. We have had a lovely holiday and would return."

"Staying in the cooler winter months it would be nice to have an initial supply of logs for the woodburner or at least some info as to where they can be purchased.Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The villa is very convenient for both Pollenca and Puerto Pollensa and yet is in a very peaceful location with wonderful views of the mountains.The outdoor areas including pool and barbeque area are excellent."

"Been to Ascuncion many times and love the villa and location. The owner is a lovely man and is always very friendly and kind. The property, gardens and swimming pool are maintained to a high standard by the owner and his wife. We also enjoy being able to walk to Pollensa from the villa as it is a short and pleasant walk."

"The villa was beautiful to look at and the garden i fell in love with. The outside dining and seating area was also lovely and had a lot of choice. The sunbeds were of good quality and the swimming pool was a nice size, although, the water was very cold. Okay if you go in June, July and August but in September as we did, the water was very cold even though we still had hot weather."

"Whilst the members of our group were all able to negotiate the steep stairs to the bedrooms, we feel it would be inconvenient or dangerous for very small children or older members of a family with any walking difficulties. We had a fantastic family holiday in this very lovely villa, and really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time with James Villas, and we would holiday with you again."

"In your reviews you say nothing and show no photos of the stunning views surrounding the villa. The nature reserve and mountain back drops were lovely. I would also say that the villa was closer to Alcudia old town than Pollensa, but that really dosen't matter as both are lovely. Restaurants we tried from your information book were all very good but not sure what was meant by hidden beaches, Formentor is hidden from the road but thats about it. Only being really picky now as all was great, you delivered once again."

"It was a lovely converted farmhouse owned by a Mallorcan family. Everything was there for a large family holiday. It was such a happy place we were able to ignore the 1960s painting... by the way the indoor cooker needs some repairs (but we managed fine)"

"It is obvious that much care and attention to detail has been spent on this villa by the owners.Everything we needed was there, the villa was well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, etc.and the large gardens and the pool were well maintained. The villa is in a beautiful countryside setting about 4km from Alcudia with stunning views of the distant mountains. We had a very relaxing stay and would hope to return."
