| The friendly family resort of Javea is a sprawling town with two main beaches and an historic old town set back from the sea. A harbour and fish market can be found on one side of the resort, offering stylish restaurants, great views and a pebbly beach. The popular, sandy Arenal Beach, on the other side has a palm-lined promenade of shops, bars and restaurants, while at night the town comes alive with market stalls and street performers. Our villas here are located in countryside and residential areas, so transport is essential to reach the main resort. | ||

| Calpe is a popular resort, best known for its balance of historic Valencian culture and modern tourist facilities. Two glorious sandy Blue Flag beaches are divided by the dramatic, craggy height of the Peñón de Ifach rock. On one side is the harbour with its fantastic choice of restaurants, while on the other is the resort centre filled with shops, bars and array of night-time entertainment. The majority of our villas in Calpe are within a short drive or 30 minute walk of the bustling town centre. | ||

An idyllic countryside setting, lined with citrus groves and vineyards, the mountains offer superb views in all directions. Our villas are near to the peaceful old town of Jalon, where you can find local markets, bars, cafés and restaurants where you can sample local wine made from the moscatel grape. | ||
