C'an Bauza sits in quiet rural farmlands in the South Eastern corner of Mallorca enjoying seemingly endless views of the surrounding plains to the distant mountains. The highlight of the villa is the large swimming pool set in ample lawned gardens and sun bleached terracing with an adjacent shaded terrace leading into the lounge of the house.
