Just a few miles inland from the coast, the picturesque old Roman town of Pollensa offers a traditional Mallorcan experience. Wander around its narrow cobbled streets, discover crafts and clothes shops and join in the relaxed café life - Spanish style. You can purchase fruit, vegetables, cheese and olives direct from the farmers at the Sunday market, which is located on the Placa Major and the maze of little streets leading up to the Calvari steps. "The Villa was excellent. Very clean and tidy, and was like a home from home. I had the pleasure of conversing every couple of days with the owner, in my basic Spanish / his basic English. The pool area was excellent and the BBQ was brilliant. Very peaceful evenings and lovelly surroundings. Supermarket 2 mins down the road, and perfectly located between Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa town itself. Excellent holiday, perfect Villa - and would definitely return! "
