This lovely, pale stone villa has been beautifully restored and maintained by the proud owner, Lorenzo, who also tends the gardens to a high standard.
All the accommodation is on the ground floor and has been tastefully furnished and includes all mod cons such as air conditioning and a fitted, well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar open plan to the lounge diner.
The grounds are secluded with great views of the Pollensan countryside and the infinity style swimming pool is surrounded by paved sun terracing with an adjacent, built in barbecue.

Just a few miles inland from the coast, the picturesque old Roman town of Pollensa offers a traditional Mallorcan experience. Wander around its narrow cobbled streets, discover crafts and clothes shops and join in the relaxed café life - Spanish style. You can purchase fruit, vegetables, cheese and olives direct from the farmers at the Sunday market, which is located on the Placa Major and the maze of little streets leading up to the Calvari steps. "It was amazing and set in a large beautiful garden plot which hadn't been apparent on the photos. The accomodation
was excellent and felt like home. our Representative was most helpful and friendly. The style of materials used in the build were
most attractive. The poool was very well kept and clean. It was set in quite a remote part of Pollensa but your clear directions made it easy. The remoteness and privacy made it really special.
It was rather cool at times and next time we will go when it's a little warmer. "
