Just a few miles inland from the coast, the picturesque old Roman town of Pollensa offers a traditional Mallorcan experience. Wander around its narrow cobbled streets, discover crafts and clothes shops and join in the relaxed café life - Spanish style. You can purchase fruit, vegetables, cheese and olives direct from the farmers at the Sunday market, which is located on the Placa Major and the maze of little streets leading up to the Calvari steps. "Can Moranta is located in a perfect spot for our birdwatching holiday and is peaceful and quiet but with loads of good birds in and around the garden. We had a couple of problems with water and electricity as we were the first occupants this year but they were sorted out promptly by our Representative, and the villa owner. It is a perfect p[lace for us. "
