Resort: Pollensa in Mallorca
Just a few miles inland from the coast, the picturesque old Roman town of Pollensa offers a traditional Mallorcan experience. Wander around its narrow cobbled streets, discover crafts and clothes shops and join in the relaxed café life - Spanish style. You can purchase fruit, vegetables, cheese and olives direct from the farmers at the Sunday market, which is located on the Placa Major and the maze of little streets leading up to the Calvari steps. At the top of the steps, you’ll find the Calvari church and spectacular views across the town to the convent at Puig de Maria.
"The villa was very nice and clean, everything you need was to hand. Large private gardens, beautiful pool area, and very spacious. Would deffinatly stay here again! "
Mr Dent, Norwich, September 2010
"The villa was beautiful to look at and the garden i fell in love with. The outside dining and seating area was also lovely and had a lot of choice. The sunbeds were of good quality and the swimming pool was a nice size, although, the water was very cold. Okay if you go in June, July and August but in September as we did, the water was very cold even though we still had hot weather. "
Mrs Thomas, , August 2010
"air con would have been nice(in bedrooms) "
Mr Pollard, Leicester, September 2009
"Only criticism: a lot of failed lightbulbs, including the pool lights! Rep got the bulbs sorted (although we bought 1) but we didn't realise there were pool lights 'til it was really too late. Some fans didn't work but we didn't need them anyway, so no problem. "
Mr Coley, Shrewsbury, September 2008
