Resort: Pollensa in Mallorca
Just a few miles inland from the coast, the picturesque old Roman town of Pollensa offers a traditional Mallorcan experience. Wander around its narrow cobbled streets, discover crafts and clothes shops and join in the relaxed café life - Spanish style. You can purchase fruit, vegetables, cheese and olives direct from the farmers at the Sunday market, which is located on the Placa Major and the maze of little streets leading up to the Calvari steps. At the top of the steps, you’ll find the Calvari church and spectacular views across the town to the convent at Puig de Maria.
"Good secluded spot but within easy reach of the towns. We chose this villa based on the outside space and facilities and weren't disappointed, especially pool area, outdoor eating and BBQ. Inside was a little 'chintzy' but had lots of things you wanted so we cooked well (including the lemons from the tree in the garden provided for us!). Villa owner next door and v friendly (altho limited English). Reps excellent. "
Mrs Junge, London, June 2009
"Owners of the villa were very friendly and helpful. "
Mrs Byrne, Mold, June 2008
"We had a beautiful villa. We got what we wanted out of the holiday, total relaxation in a private setting. No fighting for sunbeds, no noisy children to contend with. It was a wonderful adult holiday "
Mr Wiseman, Aberdeen, May 2008
"Fantastic Holiday and the villa was brilliant, so clean and the grounds well kept. The weather wasn't great but their is nothing anyone can do about that. "
Mr Johnson, Colchester, September 2007
"We had a really great holiday, the first time we have been abroad as a family and in a villa. I would recommend it to anyone who asks and would not hesitate to use the company again. "
Mrs Morrison, Ely, August 2007
"We had a fabulous time and were very very impressed. Keep up the good work - can't praise you enough. "
