Terms & Conditions

• This voucher can be redeemed towards the purchase of, or against any forthcoming holiday booking with James Villa Holidays, as long as the booking cost exceeds the face value of the voucher.

• Vouchers, cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash however should it become necessary to cancel a booking where a voucher has been utilised as full or partial payment, any refund due will be in the form of a voucher.

• Vouchers, can only be redeemed upon receipt by our 'Voucher Payments Department' and should be sent recorded delivery.

• Should you wish to utilise our vouchers when initially booking your holiday, by way of a holiday deposit, or the full cost of a holiday (if booked within 10 weeks of travel), the holiday will be subject to availability until this voucher is received and cleared by our 'Voucher Payments Department'.

• Any defacement of a printed voucher will render it invalid.

• We accept responsibility for ensuring that our vouchers, are delivered to the delivery address stated at purchase, however James Villa Holidays can accept no responsibility and are under no liability for replacement or refund should this voucher be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, after delivery.

• James Villa Holidays reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions.

• The usual Booking Conditions will apply to all holiday bookings made with James Villa Holidays.
