"We chose not to have a visit, but we had two very minor problems while we where there, on both occasions someone was sent out and sorted out the problems (on both occasions they apologized to us, even though it wasn't their fault), we couldn'tb be happier with the whole package from bookingthe holiday to leaving the villa, exellent service, THANK YOU"

She told us of nice beaches and the best places to park and also gave us advice of places to take our little boy if we wanted a change from the beach or the pool. Her advice to get to Teide before 10am was very good and meant we weren't stuck in long queues for the cable car."
