In most locations our representatives will visit you at your villa and help to answer any queries you may have. She told us of nice beaches and the best places to park and also gave us advice of places to take our little boy if we wanted a change from the beach or the pool. "We only saw our Rep on the first day. She was very pleasant and helpful. We bought a twin parks ticket for Siam Park and Loro Parque. She provided a very informative welcome folder in the villa. We didn't need to see her any more than we did but her telephone number was available and also that of the villa managers."
