"Reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We arrived early at the resort but they offered to call our mobile as soon as our villa was available and would have stored our luggage. Staff in the restaurant and bar were always very nice and helpful, could not fault them at all.
We also had the misfortune of one of our party members getting locked inside the toilet in our villa (with no window), we reported to reception who quickly contacted a maintenance man who arrived within the timescales given to free them.
There is only one area which we were disappointed with which was the villa did not have a safe for us to store our valuables such as passports etc. "

"The villa was clean although we were there for 2 weeks the maid only came on the wednesday and following tuesday. We felt is should have had a clean the middle weekend too. "
