We were met at the villa by your staff working away, who told us to leave our bags at the spot where we were standing and let us have a look around before leaving to go shopping etc. before coming back to a spotless villa and pool this was repeated throughout the week much to my delight and both Debbie and I have spent the last week praising James villas and all associated with same. I have so far reccomended you to everyone I could get to listen and we are looking online tonight to see which of the villas we looked at in your brochure are available, something we are all looking forward to. "there were more positives than negatives experiences from our holiday, villa exceeded expectations. Only concerns were one driver on transfer to villa drove far too fast, on the way to airport we asked him not to go fast and he did go slower. Also we had to wait for half hour over outside villa due to mix up over keys, transfer company and our instructions did not know where the key was and key code thing not working, key was under mat but no one realised, the james villa rep did say 2 days later it should of been under the mat, but by now the owner had given us a key. On leaving we discovered there had been a key under the mat all week unknown to us, and several times we had left the villa unsecure unknowingly. Just a matter of poor communication. This villa was particularly good for children with stair gates, steriliser, bottle warmer, a pool that you could shut the door to, its a shame not to have that information when planning. "

"This was mine and my families (7 of us in all) first villa holiday and it was excellent. My father who is terminally ill enjoyed it so much and the villa itself was excellent for him due to the bedroom and bathroom being on the ground floor, he wants us to book another villa somewhere else whilst he can still travel. The villa was spotlessly clean and the pool was cleaned every day. I coundn't fault the holiday and Portugal itself is a wonderful place to visit. We are thinking of moving out there to live. The free car parking at the airport was also a bonus as we took two cars. More deals like this would be great. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. "
