Resort: Gale in Algarve
With a golden sandy beach stretching for five kilometres and edged with a backdrop of rugged cliffs, the small resort of Gale has become increasingly popular over the past few years. A number of beachside bars and cafes are dotted along the coastline, ideal for a spot of lunch while you listen to the sound of waves. Most of our villas here are in quiet residential areas, with more restaurants, mini-markets and bars as well as a large supermarket. "The villa, pool and garden were all lovely and ideal for us. We went as two families with 5 children between us and everyone had a great time. We were able to walk to a few restaurants and small shops, and the beach at Gale, which was a short drive away, was lovely with great rock pools for the kids to explore. "
